    Appointment was for my 8yrs old. It was on time, very professionally held, we were given time and space to full discuss the condition. The referal to specialist arrived by email same day and was expertly written. Thank you for caring for us

    Booked a routine appointment via the website. The Dr I saw was very thorough and I didn’t feel like she rushed. She listened, gave her opinion and then referred as requested. I came out with actions for more than the thing I went in with.

    I called the surgery for an emergency appointment due to an existing issue. I arrived at the surgery in Redbourn 15 minutes early and was seen by the Doctor after waiting only a few minutes. It was clear he had read all the notes as he was able to deal with my ailment straight away, completing a thorough examination with next steps explained and a follow up appointment made. The doctor was very professional, courteous and caring. Thank you.

    I’ve had a few women’s health concerns recently and the GP’s I’ve seen have been empathetic and caring. I feel informed of my options which were explained really clearly, and I feel reassured.
