I visited the practice for my flu jab and the staff were friendly and efficient. Where the service falls down is if you need to book a face to face appointment. You have to ring at 08:30 for availability but it is not easy to get through. I have tried a few times to book online but there is never anything available. Maybe I’m trying at the wrong time?

This surgery has always managed to give my daughter an appointment on the morning of phoning them. Both the nurse practitioner and surgery manager have gone above and beyond with getting her referred to a specialist. Thank you!

I have been a patient for 46years and have been quite satisfied with my treatment. the only problem is that the constant change of Doctors.

Although there's a wait to get through on phone, it's not too bad. I was offered a choice of phone consultation or face to face for my appointment. The doctor was very helpful with my requests

I rang for an appointment and spoke to the receptionist who was polite and professional. As it turned out there were no more appointments for the day. The receptionist was very apologetic. I got a phone call about 2-3 hours later from this receptionist saying an appointment had opened up and offering it to me. This was so appreciated by me as I was in a lot of pain. The telephone manner and professionalism of this lady was superb. The GP was attentive and prescribed medication which I picked up immediately.

One of the poorest and shittest experience i have ever had. Staff is so irresponsible and good for nothing. They are not helpful at all. They gave me an appointment for flu jab 2 weeka ago and when i came at the time of vaccination nurse said me you are not eligible for flu jab. I took time off work, i wasted my money and earning time , it should be compensated. Staff should be trained properly. They should learn customer service and doing their work deligently by taking interest. 3 weeks ago they gave appointment for flu jab for my 3 year old daughter. They wrote on a piece of paper along with the time of vaccination, they wrote clinic address is Iver medical practice in Iver but atbthe tome of vaccination they said it is booked in Iver Heath and not in Iver. Can u imagine the level of frustration. Therefore this staff is incompatible and incompetent. They are sitting there and getting paid for doing nothing.

I required a dressing change and the nurse made me feel relaxed and at ease before changing, so much so I hadn’t realised the dressing had been changed
