I needed an appointment with one of the Dr's that has previously been dealing with a medical issue. This Dr was not in till the following week. The Receptionist went out of her way to contact this Dr, to sort out this matter and kept me informed during the day as to how things were going. The Receptionist was also very understanding and friendly.

The doctor yesterday, during our telephone call,,explained the issue with my blood pressure. He was very helpful and understanding.

I have generally had good service from Ivers, except for trying to get through on the phone, but today I'm in tears! Saw a doctor this morning who was abrupt, uncaring and I felt got annoyed with me wanting to discuss my issues. He virtually told me my appointment was over when I was still asking questions. Where is the duty if care?! :(

I genuinely have had good experiences with this practice however I think it is their reception staff that let them down

Very helpful and polite. One criticism is my referral for the Neurologist found its way to the stroke dept at the hospital which was wrong. I had to do the chasing up and correcting their mistake!! I shouldn't have had to do that.

The staff went out of their way to help me. And I was pleased not to have a long wait time. The waiting room was well spaced out and welcoming.

I am my 90 year old mum’s carer and she is registered with this practice. I can honestly say every member of staff I have dealt with on behalf of my mum are efficient and caring and give me fantastic support with my Mum. I never have problems getting through to talk to members of staff and I cannot praise them enough. They all definitely care about my mum’s health and well being.

The Doctor was very good in reassuring my daughter Katy’s health concerns by sending her for a blood test and then prescribing the medication thereafter

Although the call handling system is unnecessarily difficult to navigate for appointment booking, when my call was answered the receptionist was friendly and helpful. I received good care on the day of my appointment.
