It was 2 weeks for a doctor to give me a telephone appointment for my daughter then the doctor said they needed to see my daughter but can’t until another 3 day

I had an appointment in less than two hours of my phone call. I saw a nurse practitioner and a doctor who were both friendly and professional.

I am always very happy with the Doctors at the surgery, it’s the receptionists not recognising elderly people’s serious and urgent health issues, need to be directed to a more understanding behaviour, and not just tell them their are no appointments, or go to A&E, yet the following day the appointments appear. There are health issues which have to go through the gp and not through the A& E.

Staff are very polite and helpful and personally I have found the surgery more efficient in communicating with patients .

I have to say that this practice is one of the best I've ever been with. Also helpful, going above and beyond. Given the times we're in, I'm very impressed.

Everyone having to discuss private medical issues in front of the queue is very demeaning. I got to hear all about what the two people in front of me were there for. So much for patient confidentiality. I work so waited until I have a holiday to attempt to see a doctor as previous attempts had been a waste of time. Can't see a doctor this week. Can't make an appointment. What employer will say, sure keep taking the morning off until you get to see a doctor? Had to resort to A&E just to get my issue, (which is long term but solvable) on to the system. What part of all that is adequate? Not sure if it's a system that has been imposed or done through choice, but it's poor.

I phoned the Surgery at 8:30 got an appointment at 10.30. Now have an urgent referral to the hospital

Given a time for an appointment quickly on the telephone. Staff very courteous. The appointment time was kept. Very happy and impressed with the practice.

Great service from my local doctor, was called for routine check up, then booked me an evening appointment and when entered the doctor the receptionist was very welcoming and the nurse made me feel very relax and at ease. Great service, been with them for over 30 years and always get amazing service.
