Have seen four doctors with on going urinary tract infection. Urine samples sent off to be tested twice and antibiotics prescribed. Further tests may need to be done if latest two weeks course do not work I was told . Pleased that all doctors treated me professionally and kindly .

Had my bloods taken by health care assistant. Great experience did not even realise she had taken my bloods.

I feel the practice has come on leaps and bounds in the last couple of years. Receptionists are pleasant and helpful, as are the GP's and nurses. I have also found they have always provided me with a same day appointment when I have asked, which has been so helpful.

Receptionist was very helpful and caring and fitted me in for an appointment the same day. It was great peace of mind to have a face-to-face with the Doctor who was also excellent, and took plenty of time with my symptoms. Highly recommend!

Getting appointments is very difficult now. Once arranged the doctors are helpful. But the delay causes a lot of anxiety. With delays with hospital appointments as well we sometimes feel we are getting nowhere.

The doctor (ER) was clear, very pleasant and very assured. She understood my problem and gave apposite advice about moisturiser and the ointment. This has proved (2 days later) to provided an excellent course to a good resolution to the issue. Thank you.

I needed treatment for a UTI and asthma and was given a double appointment with a nurse. She was very thorough and sympathetic. Medication was prescribed and was available at the pharmacy within a couple of hours.
