I managed to make an appointment on Friday for a phonecall, and 15 min after the appointment my mobile phone rang twice without giving me the time to answer. I immediately called back and after being put in a queue the receptionist told me the GP would try again as I did not answer the phone call. I pointed out to her that the phonecall did not last enough time to answer. I waited for over two hours with the phone in my hands to make sure I would not miss the call, but nobody called me back. I'm the end I received a message saying the GP tried to call me multiple times but I was not available. At that point I called the surgery again, and they said the Doctor tried to call me even though that was not true, and they suggested to call 111 or going to hospital. This really couse me a lot of stress and inconvenience, has I really needed help in that moment. Overall I think this was really a bad service, even though I know the surgery can be really busy I don't justify lying to a patient.

All good usually punctual appointments Clean and tidy waiting room and w/c provided Should invest in open windows policy for air flow still otherwise climate temperature is usually comfortable

Got an emergency appointment on time. Receptionist was helpful. Doctor was nice and explained me very well.

I feel I am listened to from reception staff, nurses and the doctors. They are all really good at caring and following up on appointments checking if I’m alright. Thank you.

I mad a request through the online service. A gp reviewed the request within the hour and a face to face appointment was made for my son the same day. Could not ask for a better service and so efficient.

I have had to visit the surgery a few times in the last few weeks and the has been fantastic. Getting through reception is not an issue, fairly quick, they always ring you back. If they cant give you an immediate appointment they offer solutions such as a pharamacy referral or a nurse appointment. Great surgery

I attended the surgery this morning at 0830 to attempt to get a face to face appointment for my daughter, I asked for a specific Dr and was informed they were not available until Wednesday, so I could come back on the day and try then. I said that we would rather see any Dr today rather than wait another 5 days as it was an in going issue. I was then informed that there were no appointments available today. I then asked if I could then book an appointment with our specific Dr on Wednesday, I was then in formed that they could not book an appointment less than a week in advance and that I would need to attend the surgery at 0830 on the day to get a face to face appointment. I was at the surgery when it opened this morning and could not get an appointment, so there is nothing to say when I come down on Wednesday at 0830 I will get an appointment. With having to take the morning off work Wednesday and my daughter having to take the day off college as we don’t know what time the appointment will be if indeed we get one, I am appalled with the appointment process in Iver and cannot believe that you cannot book an appointment less than a week in advance and that attending on the day is a lottery.

I am having treatment twice a week from the nurses at the practise following an injury to my leg. My appointments are always on time. If they run slightly over I always receive an apology. The nurses are always friendly, caring and efficient. Same goes for the reception staff.

Saw my GP the same day of phoning for the appointment. My GP listen to me and helped me. I was very impressed with the service and I am very optimistic about my prescribed course of the treatment.
