I saw a doctor who listened & took note of what I told her. She requested a chest x-ray & blood tests. I am now awaiting results.

From initial contact to being seen was a quick experience . The physio analysed my problem very easily and his recommendations are working well

Had a UTI for three weeks and lost 5.5 kg in a week, my doctor took superb attentive care of me and followed up my test results with direct contact, and reviewed my antibiotics, I had three courses to kill this infection over nearly four weeks. Cannot thank him enough, as I have never been so ill so quickly. Still recovering.

I went to give a blood sample as I have done many times before, this was a very painful experience. I mentioned it to the nurse, but she said this was due to me being dehydrated.

Experiences have been mixed over a long period but mainly good. Nurses excellent , reception staff usually good but their strain sometimes shows. Doctors okay,(with one exception to me!) but no continuity, no feeling of having a real GP I am an elderly gentleman with a mixture of issues and think it wrong to be given appointments with doctors not yet fully qualified or with associates . These groups are pleasant and do their best but in my situation, I need full confidence in who I am seeing . Latest visit was for a scheduled blood test for which I arrived late due to hospital telephone conversation but on apology I was fitted in. I passed on a hospital request for an urgent PSA test about which they had written to a named doctor at the practice. Reception told me that this had been actioned as doctor had not asked yet. I hope this is being sorted now in view of hospital use of word Urgent( 24 hours since I was there)

We booked travel vaccinations for a family trip. The initial booking process is a little awkward because of having to use an online booking system but once through this process we were dealt with really well by all of the practice staff. On the day of our injections the nurse was very thorough in checking which vaccinations each of us required, answering questions and giving advice.
