I do regularly manage to get an appt. Seen in a timely manner. Lovely nurse that took my bloods. Managed to make another appt at the front desk easily.

Booked an appointment with a doctor via eConsult but was then told when I arrived that my appointment was only a blood test - which I had weeks ago and was coming in to discuss. Reassured by the receptionists who apologised and said I would receive a phone call ASAP to discuss - yet again, no appointment booked. eConsult for triage is fast and efficient but incredibly disappointed with the appointment booking system. I have now run out of medication and will need to contact 111 - an unfortunate waste of resources.

I have always had a positive experience at Iver and Iver Heath Medical centre. I went yesterday for an asthma review. I had my appointment with a Nurse and she was amazing. She was very friendly and attentive. I have never had a bad word to say about this place. Thank you all of you for your hard work.

I had an appointment with the pharmacist and was seen very quickly, she was very pleasant, friendly and efficient and helped me with any issues I had, including sending me a link. My follow up appointment was also very quick. Thankyou for your service.

no waiting. in and out again in 5 minutes. pracice nurse explained about the vaccine and possible side effects and that a booster is necessary at the end of August.

A yearly visit to a GP with my mother as the patient. Our GP was warm and engaging. Picking up well on what need attention and what did not need attention. We value the GP's time. The receptionist was attentive and sent us out with a small pack for my mother. We highly value our Medical team.
