    I was offered a telephone appointment via the online service on 02/11/22, which I couldn't make, and explained to the receptionist over the phone that I couldn't make. I was offered, over the phone, a new appointment on 05/11/22, but received a text confirmation that my appointment had been rearranged for 07/11/22. I nevertheless received 16 missed calls and two voice messages on 02/11/2022, for the appointment I had already said I couldn't make and had received two different new appointment times for. A complete mess, totally unprofessional, and I still don't know when my appointment actually is.

    Using Klinik to book an appointment is a significant improvement on my previous experience with econsult. I had an immediate callback and appointment arranged.

    Since undergoing new management, the firs have improved a lot. It’s now a lot easier to get an appointment with them. I used their new online system to book an appointment and received a call back within 1hour and had an appointment that same morning with a doctor.

    This surgery has recently changed all their admin and medical staff. I have had cause to call reception for help with being unable to access referred specialist clinic appointments and retrieve NHS test results pertaining to the referral, to take to a necessary private clinic alternative. Both times I was fortunate to deal with the same staff member on Reception who has listened, actioned, followed up and been a consistant friendly, courteous and efficient staff member. Big gold stars for them! Additionally the new GPs I have seen for emergency appointments with a new chronic symptom have been equally efficient, pro active at trying to identify the issue and quick to refer where needed

    They have new management and honestly it’s been a great improvement (kudos to the new management). They have moved consulting from e-consult to Klinik which has been so much easier to use and I was able to get an appointment in no time. Their new website is so much nicer than the old website too.

    Yesterday, I requested my repeat prescription, and for no reason, GP has rejected my monthly request. I emailed back but no response. After 45 years I have to change my GP. I'm a heart patient and since under new management I have not seen a doctor only the Prescription lady for review and again within 4 months she wants to review again. I'm extremely disappointed

    Receptionist unprofessional I phoned on 20th Sept 2022 after I received a text from The Firs that I must book an appointment or telephone consultation, i was told they will send me a link to make an appointment online and that a doctor would get back to me within 3 hours. my form and that a doctor would get back I'm a heart Patient I am appalled at this treatment. I explained to the receptionist but she was not prepared to liten. Why are they still not instructing the Reception staff to allocate appropriateappointments.
