I received a text message saying I need physio but I five not been examined and I am in a lot of pain.

The person doing the injections found me upstairs and took me downstairs without being cross or making me feel stupid. I was seen by her plus a Med student and a doctor. All were friendly and courteous.

A staff listen well and are helpful and sympathetic. Doctors quick to ensure necessary care and referrals.

Appointment on time Was listened to & nurse practitioner was extremely helpful Antibiotics tasted awful & although I took all the tablets there was some improvement but I still have the sinniutus

I did e consult and was advised to see a clinician. I phoned the surgery and was given a appointment straight away.

Quick response using e consult. Dr listened to what I said re symptoms and prescribed different hrt which should help.

Would be better if I could see the doctor, thou good at referrals n e consult which can be useful.had to wait 5 month's for a appointment for tinitus from scrivens when should have been referred back to ent at QA were i had surgery, now got to wait again

I cannot praise this surgery enough, all staff, from the Receptionists, Health Care Support Staff through to the Doctors I I have always received respect, patience and kindness, and I thank all the staff at The Drayton Surgery ?

Although I wasn’t able to see a doctor the e-consult service was great with a phone consultation within 12 hours.
