    After e consult for chesty cough , i had prompt reply for face to face appointment at wooton street surgery next day.No antibiotics required but doctor felt i would benefit from prednisolone.i felt i was listened to.

    Initially I wanted to use the e-consult service to gain advice but it wasn't available. I therefore phoned the surgery and after being triaged I was advised I would need to see the Nurse Practitioner and the best time to call back to book an appointment. On the day I phoned back, I was offered an appointment the very same morning. The Nurse Practitioner was very informative and provided me with the advice and reassurance I required. The service would have only been better if I had been able to use the e-consult to avoid waiting on the phone lines.

    The econsult worked well and when I have called in the morning, rather than waiting in call queue, being offered a call back when it was my turn was really helpful, being busy mum of 3 . Reception is always very helpful .. as a service I know is under pressure - you do a great job in my experience .

    I booked the injection I wanted but missed a call from the doctor, as my mobile number was used, rather than the landline I had specifically requested. Accordingly, I missed the chance to deal with one specific point.

    Every one was smiling helpful and very professional.the doctor was very precise with my diagnosis and explained that she would make an appointment for me to go to the memory clinic.a date has been set for December. Excellent service all round.

    The professional and friendly nurse took time to explain the reason for the blood test, and also talked about the last test results as there was no info on the my NHS app at present.

    During the past six months I have appreciated all the support in the search for a diagnosis for my swollen leg, knee and foot condition. A consistent go to person with regards my current condition, updates and next steps would have been very helpful.
