I was told a doctor would ring but it was the pharmacist first thing she said was you need to go statins never told me my reading I asked the readings which had gone down she was surprised that I had the readings from the last 2 Years so op out not take the statins if the readings had gone up I might have considered the statins I was disappointed that I didn’t talk to a doctor which I asked for

Had a diabetic review which was very professional and understanding. She was very thorough going through all aspects Also very helpful in sorting out my new tablets that the hospital had recommended me to use Thank you, seeing see her was a good experience

I submitted a request via econsult for a Fitnote extension for an on-going medical issue. I didn’t receive my a copy of my econsult submission via e-mail as requested. I then received a text message to inform me that a face-to-face consultation had been arranged which got cancelled due to staff sickness. I then spoke to the receptionist + arranged for a telephone consultation. I received a text message the day before reminding me of my face-to-face appointment. I spoke to another receptionist to confirm my telephone consultation + was informed that it was actually a face-to-face appointment which she managed to change to a telephone consultation. Her attitude sucked!! So much stress for a Fitnote extension!!!!!

The reassurance I received that the eruption on my cheek was benign was most welcome. To avoid others continually asking if I’d had it checked out I was given the most bizarre advice I have ever received from any doctor - grow a beard! Following doctor’s orders, that I’m now doing! In respect of another matter. I have been asked to supply blood pressure results but I do not have a device to do it at home and when I went into the surgery the machine there could only record my weight. In that connection my weight continues to give me cause for concern, particularly since the machine advised that I would now be classified as seriously obese.

After 5 weeks I am still unable to get a copy of my MRI scan which I need to discuss with my osteopath . I need this for her to determine my treatment. "Wear and tear" is not sufficient detail for a professional to advise treatment. The scan was originally requested over 5 months ago

Receptionist tried her best to explain the reason why i hadnt received my prescription , it was because it hadnt been signed off by Doctor .

From my initial contact on engage and consult the response was a quick telephone call and .transferred to a face to face doctor appointment and was advised to visit A&E where a CT brain scan and other tests were carried out, all within one week. From the doctor's face to face recommendations a letter was produced to attend A&E which I did, the CT scan and tests were carried out in a single day. First class service. Maureen Brooks.
