Communication with the surgery is appalling. E consult forms have taken days/weeks for a reply. Requests for method of contact is ignored ( an old phone number was used in spite of my asking for it to be deleted). I recently missed a GP app because an apparent phone call was not answered and no message was left. My recent GP appointment was helpful and productive although the doctor was not part of the College team and could not access my history or notes or recent hospital visit results which was not helpful to either of us. I spent a long time filling in background info that would have been available to College doctors. I can't assess the outcome of treatment until I have tried it.

I actually got a call back - I didn’t for the first 4 e consult forms and it eventually took 6 weeks to actually receive a call I should have got in November but positive when I got the call back.

Had appointment in December to get remeasured for new compression garments. I received my copy of letter yet the Dr's say they haven't received it and over a month later the chemist still waiting for them to be prescribed. Then the measurements are then sent off to be made

On the day of my E-consultation my surgery informed that my medication (inhaler) was issued on the 15th January. However, my chemist, Boots of Maidstone, have yet to receive the prescription from my GP. Could the prescription be sent to Boots please so that I can collect my inhaler ASAP. Thanks.

How quickly I was able to get an appointment was good. Once at the surgery, I was able to check in easily and I didn’t have to wait a long time for my appointment. I hope this level of service continues!

Thrilled to get an early morning appointment with out much trouble. Got there 8.45 for 8.50 appointment. Didnt get called till 9.50 because locum couldnt login After examination asked for paper prescription but not possible So left to let doctor see next one and she promised to send it electronically Checked later with pharmacy it hadnt arrived

Had appointment on Wednesday 17th January 6.45pm for 2nd shingles vaccine. I walked from home and received a phone call saying that surgery had suddenly realised that no vaccine was available . I was 5 minutes away from the surgery. Not terribly impressed. Next appointment is now13 February.

I felt listened to by the practitioner who saw me. She was kind and attentive and I felt she wanted to help me find the issue. I have previously been dismissed by doctors and was expecting the same treatment but she was great and talked through her thoughts and next steps. She assured me she’d contact me in the future to follow up. I was seen quickly and was able to make a follow up appointment with ease.
