Getting an appointment with a doctor is virtually impossible. You have call at least 150 times. If you do, managing its time with the reception is horrible. Call said reception is again virtually impossible to get the call answered. I made two calls and neither were answered, over 30 mins on each time. I walked into the surgery with the phone still calling them and three staff were ambling around doing nothing as far as I could see. When I mentioned I was calling for 30 mins and no answer, I got a mouth full "just about to answer it" whilst being looked at if I was something you tread on in the street.

Went to receive an injection. Reception very polite The doctor who administered injection very polite, very efficient and very quick

The receptionist was very helpful and Practice Nurse was very helpful and knowledgeable . All my interactions with the staff have been positive. Doctors are very supportive and helpful Only drawback is difficulty in getting appointment to see Medical staff

Had an appointment with the nurse for a vaccination. The surgery sent several reminders and the appointment was carried out on time. There wasn’t any one else waiting so the appointments system seems to be working fine.

The doctor was exceptionally thorough, knowledgeable & caring, & spent 14 minutes analysing & discussing my issue. We then agreed an action plan & implemented it

Nurse was informative friendly and very efficient and professional Makes patients feel relaxed Mentioned arrangements to get back to me with info and it happened Nurse is also contactable whereas doctors at this surgery are hard to get an appointment with .

Had to have dressings changed (weekly) at Glebelands practice following broken leg surgery. One or two of the wound sites had become infected and Nurse suggested I need antibiotics. She contacted Broadway Surgery who received notice by the time I arrived. Doctor saw me quickly and prescribed antibiotics there and then which are starting to take effect. Perfect co-ordination and swift treatment.

I was booked for a smear test at 9.45 On arriving at 9.47, I gave my name at reception and was asked to take a seat. I waited 20 mins before I asked the receptionist if the wait would be much longer and she said not. A few mins later I thought I heard my name being called and another person got up. We both went into the nurses room who said I hadn't been ""arrived" on the system and couldn't be seen unless I was prepared to wait which I was unable to do. I stopped in at reception to explain I was leaving as she had not checked me in on the system and was rather abruptly told to wait as she was dealing with another patient. Mistakes happen but a simple apology would have been more appropriate.

I struggle to even think about going to the GP when I need to because I’m juggling work, kids & studying. So I’ve been really impressed by the e-consult service where I could send information & photos. The GP then rang me to discuss treatment & has helped with follow up care needed. Being able to speak to the GP on the phone & then collect my medication on my way home is so much easier. When I eventually needed a face to face appointment, the receptionist was very accommodating. Fantastic service all round.
