    I was very fortunate to get an appointment so quickly. However there was only 1 doctor in the surgery so my appointment was 50 minutes late.

    Thank you for your feedback. We do have two GPs on duty, one would be the duty doctor to clear all paperwork and prescriptions. If patients need more time than an appointment permits GPs will usually continue. This courtesy is given to all patients. Regards, practice manager

    Lady was very unhelpful today l told me my fingers are deformed forgot to ask me about my knees which I mentioned didn’t examine me at all and said I need to do exercises didn’t show me exercises just said I’ve emailed them to you. a complete waste of my time totally pointless even going to this appointment.

    Lengthy waiting time on the phone to get an appointment but the Dr listened to, and explained her answers to all my questions in a way that I could understand. I left feeing very positive about the whole experience.

    Worst surgery I’ve ever had to deal with. Do yourselves a favour and register elsewhere. You will never actually see a doctor, you can never get an appointment no matter how early you ring. You might get lucky and get an out of hours appointment. The weirdest thing is that the surgery itself is usually empty when you go. But you’ll still find your waiting for an hour if you do get an appointment and won’t actually see anyone coming in or going out. They’re always on the phone but there hardly ever seems to be any patients there and I never see doctors coming out calling for patients appointments. It’s all very strange and makes me wonder how many doctors even work there. To get a simple letter or get any admin from them is a nightmare too. They also don’t get prescriptions right even if they’re repeat. You have to chase everything. They couldnt even get my maternity certificate sorted and I had to wait two months to get one. I’ve finally changed surgery and wished I’d done so earlier. This place really shouldn’t be running, they are terrible

    Attended the surgery for the 1st time yesterday since the pandemic. Seen by a lady doctor. She was great and gave me lots of time and attention. Reassured me and I did not feel rushed. Brilliant doctor.

    Attitude in communication was very abrupt, unfriendly and came across as talking down to someone. Did not say anything as do not want to offend anyone.Practitioner didn’t want to know the problem of infection and brushed aside that NHS do not pay. Was seen out of hours and prescribed antibiotics for 7 days. Enquired about medication but was brushed aside that it is not due and only had it on such and such a date. Clearly, patient care needs reviewing; as felt really upset by the whole experience.

    I thought I was having 2 blood tests but one wasn't necessary. The other was a urine sample needed. The young lady on reception was very helpful in finding me an appt. To see doctor next week.

    Nurse was very funny as usual which made the experience relaxing. Service was prompt and waiting time was minimal. Clean environment and it wasn’t crowded. Overall experience was very good.

    It is extremely frustrating and nearly impossible to book an appointment as there are never any advance bookings available and a very, very limited number of on day appointments available with very large numbers of ill people competing for them. It can take days or weeks to gain an appointment which is very stressful when the problem is urgent. There are no regular doctors and a single different locum each time. There is no follow up or reporting back. No one appears to read or act on letters reporting back from hospitals. Despite many calls and visits and providing copies of hospital letters I could not get the prescription recomended by the hospital until I finally managed to see a locum about a different issue. It is difficult to even get a standard repeat prescription. Some reception staff have been pleasant and helpful and competent, but others have not. I understand that they are limited by the lack of doctors. The locums have mainly been helpful although time constrained when I have managed to see them, but I have to try to explain all extensive past history each time and can never arrange any follow up with the same or any doctor, just try again on the 8am phone lottery to hope to see any new locum and explain it all again.

    thank you for your feedback. I am sorry we have not been able to provide you with the patient journey you expected. We do not have three regular doctors rotating across five days, then we have additional locum to provide extra cover for the huge patient demand. Our average appointment time is 2 weeks in line with the national average. Our doctors read all letters scanned in daily from any source to patient notes. We have addressed our prescribing policies within the last year, and there have been many changes. Regards, practice manager
