Appointment with Dr to review HRT - doctor listened has looked at symptoms and concerns and been helpful with suggestions and treatment options. Felt heard and understood and comfortable with their understanding of my situation. I feel that the doctor is empathetic and willing to address patient needs.

The doctor I had my appointment with in room 5 (I have forgot his name) was the best doctor I have seen since being with this practise. I have seen him on 2 occasions, and both were very pleasant experiences. He is polite, very well spoken and also makes you feel as though he actually cares about you whilst you are there which is comforting. He asked thorough questions to get to the bottom of the problem and I walked out the Doctors with treatment as well as 3 google links to get to the bottom of my problem which was more than enough. This doctor deserves a raise, he was brilliant.
