Very caring and supportive staff, from my first contact until I left the surgery. All staff listened to and acknowledged my concerns with respect and ensured I felt comfortable with all decisions.

Happy with outcome but appointment could have been prevented. I have water infection alot and I keep antibiotics at home as a just in case so I can get on top of it as I have been in hospital alot with this type of infection. But wasting a appointment just to order more washing in my eyes a waste, when I could have just ordered via app 😔 But overall sorted and going forward I shouldn't need to waste appointment someone could have used. Thank you

Saw the Dr for a skin issue. Straightforward language used in the discussion and background - also referring to other historical notes Polite and thorough in investigation Reasoned and explained thoughts and options Some elements were ambiguous so decided to be thorough and not leave anything to chance Productive and pragmatic appointment, more than meeting expectations

Slight negative was an extremely long wait (over 30 mins) to get through on phone line as I had forgotten my details to log in. However, once connected, the Recrptionist was polite and helpful. A link was sent via text for me to create an appointment booking. I was impressed with the number of times available for the following day.

Great doctor was very patient and great with my 9 month old. Only downfall was the drive out to the surgery. But was good that the partnership accommodated me in that respect
