Using SystmOnline I sent a messages giving my symptoms and requested to see someone to decide if treatment was required. Within 5 minutes I received a message with an appointment the next day. The practitioner I met was extremely understanding and helpful and I left feeling reassured and thankful for the advice.

The receptionist was extremely helpful and nurse was very good. It's a very quiet surgery which I like, I have been going to this surgery for a few years as my mum used to live in the village

The Dr listened intentely to my concerns. He made me feel very relaxed and comfortable and I found it easy to explain my symptoms in full. He explained in clear English what he could do to help me. I have already been advised that my referral has been actioned.

I visited the surgery for a cortisol injection. Nothing bad to say about the experience I had including the care from the GP. The building was a bit too warm though

I had my condition treated with a helpful doctor who treated me with understanding and privacy and followed up with the staff giving me another appointment straight away as needed .

Seen on time by very pleasant Dr that I had not met before. Surgery was quiet due to time of appointment. Was welcomed pleasantly by receptionist.

My appointment was made with short notice which I really appreciated. My appointment was on time & The Nurse was very approachable, knowledgeable and reassuring. Arranging a quick follow up appointment made me feel that I truly am ‘I’m very good hands !

Good experience, I got an appointment within 4 days, doctor listened and came up with suggestions as to what it could be, with a suggested follow-up in a few weeks time

Contact by email from me was followed up with a phone call and, as was needed, a face to face appointment. This is a relatively new way of doing things but it works well. The appointment was very good with excellent advice and treatment suggested
