Review titled Dissapointing outcome
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 12 July 2023
Today I tried to get the results from my recent blood test. I was told by receptionist that one needed to be repeated in 3 months. I was not able to gain any information on which result and was told to make an appointment with GP. After signing into patient access, not being a frequent user I had to reset my password, enter code sent to mobile, return to patient access and click book an appointment, only to receive a message, no appointments available absolutely no information as to what to do next. Can only guess you repeat the process and pray an appointment comes available. What a dissapointing outcome.

Review titled Excellent consultation with physio
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Kevin Ambrose - Posted on 25 May 2023
I was very impressed with the time taken & thoroughness of this consultation. It addressed (& at times challenged) my concerns about specific symptoms & pain. I came away with a very helpful programme of exercises and information & a clear view of the way forward.

My experience with the physiotherapist at Suthergrey House Medical Centre went without a hitch from my first phone call to reception to being referred to the orthopaedic team at Watford General Hospital

Review titled Wonderfully caring practice
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Catherine - Posted on 08 February 2023
Such a caring practice! They take time to listen to you and find out the problem. For those with special needs, mental health issues or other needs, they go as far as possible to help. They are intuitive, caring and will do what they can to help. They involve you (and children, if relevant age), every step of the way. We have been treated so well by everyone in the surgery. I am so grateful for the support they have shown to my family and I!

Review titled Difficult
Rated 2 stars out of 5

For an appointment, you are required to phone up at 8am and wait in a queue (in my case 45 minutes) once you are through the receptionist will take your phone number and phone you back later that day. If you are not able to take the call (in my case I had no signal all day) they don't leave a message. It's left to you to make further inquiries later that day. After waiting in another queue, you will be told that in order to make an appointment you wll need to phone tomorrow at 8am or make and appointment on line, which the receptionist finally admitted wasn't actually accepting bookings. Why is it impossible to make an appointment at any other time of day? Or leave your details to be processed? It just doesn't make sense.
