Review titled Really Nice
Rated 4 stars out of 5
by Mileyda Guillen - Posted on 08 June 2024
I was very worried about my leg after a nasty break in 2022, which had started to ache again. The doctor was incredibly nice, very thorough and made me feel at ease. I was very satisfied with my visit and am confident I can get better with the advice given to me.

The joint and muscle consult was truly amazing. She did A-Z check on my issue. Gave me the best advice and even set me self targets. Very good at her job.

I had an appointment to see the physiotherapist at this Surgery. The assessment of my condition, an explanation, exercises, next steps and advice given was carefully explained. I left feeling more ch more informed and knowing what I can do to help manage the pain better whilst further tests are being done.

Review titled Excellent Patient Care
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Jane Barrett - Posted on 25 January 2024
Used the back pain service today and was very impressed. The MSK Specialist put me at ease straight away and took time to establish my patient history as well as carrying out a thorough examination and assessment of my condition. I was provided with information about anatomy, pain management and exercises, to support prevention of future episodes of back pain. The information was clear and understandable. Highly recommended

Have been a patient for a number of years . Even when stretched they will always find time to get back to you. This was the case recently when I phoned with a problem and was seen within a few hours . The doctor taking time to ask of my general health and issues concerning me . I was very pleased with the time taken to listen to me during my appointment.

Review titled Prescription Fiasco
Rated 2 stars out of 5
by Heather Sword - Posted on 25 January 2024
Recently diagnosed with borderline glaucoma on 2nd January by Community Health & Eyecare who prescribed Bimi and who also sent the prescription through to Suthergrey House for repeat use. Experienced problems with Bimi as I couldn't squeeze the bottle due to rheumatoid arthritis in my hands and contacted Community Health & Eyecare19/01/2024 who sent a new prescription using a different brand of bimi through to Suthergrey. On 22/01/2024 I went to Suthergrey as a walk in and asked whether they had received the prescription - they hadn't, walked to Community Health & Eyecare who printed out the prescriptions for me and duly took them to Suthergrey where the staff were very helpful and put it on their system and later texted me when I could pick the medication up from the pharmacy. However, Suthegrey had input the original prescription of Bimi which I could not use; contacted Community Health & Eyecare to find a squeeze aid to help me with the drops, none available (also tried Boots, Hintons). Community Health & Eyecare sent another new prescription marked urgent to Suthergrey on 23/01/2024 and I rang them later that day to see when I could pick it up. I was told that prescriptions take around 4 days which I questioned as it had been marked urgent but to no avail. I rang again on 24/01/2024 but was told no it was with the Doctor; by this time I am very concerned, anxious and worried and went to the pharmacy just before closing hoping the prescription would be there - it wasn't. Phoned Suthergrey 25/01/2024 explained the prescription had been with the Doctor the previous day, the outcome being the prescription was not ready. Shall ring again tomorrow (26/01/2024) I am upset with this system which does not adequately look after the patient, it is worrying when my sight is threatened and don't know what to expect with glaucoma.
