    I have had several instances this year to contact this surgery and every time their response has been efficient, empathetic and kind- no more so than during my recent concern where the prompt action of the GP and the kind and empathetic care of the receptionists have helped me through a diagnosis of cancer I have no hesitation in recommending this surgery particularly in the light of the growing demands on their services

    After my parents have been with this practice since 1960 somethg, now in their 80’s my dad in particular very unwell, had to call out the emergency services on Saturday, was told to book a doctors appointment first thing Monday, got an appointment at 3pm with a trainee paramedic as no doctors available, all sick apparently! My father is very poorly and the service he is being given is appalling he has been unwell for months, this surgery needs to seriously look at the service they provide. I am absolutely shocked and disappointed at this appalling service!!!! They should be ashamed!!!!

    Dear patient, thank you for your feedback which can help us to learn if things have gone wrong. We are sorry that your Dad is unwell. As we are a training practice, we are helping to train a wide variety of clinicians. They are all supported by the Duty Doctor of the day who oversees them. Indeed, one of our Doctors was off ill yesterday however the Duty Doctor was still there supporting the clinical staff. They were working with another GP, a Paramedic Practitioner and trainee Doctors. Please contact us via our website, we can then look into your points in more detail and respond to you personally.     Terrible service always passing from pillar to post and not bothered about treating the symptoms just the numbers . Been passed from doctor to doctor for years with no avail which lead to self medication . Very unorganised and only care about get through patients rather than attending the actual issues would not recommend to anyone
