My nurse has been working with me on getting my HRT dosage correct and it has taken 18 months and we are finally there. The nurse had discussions with her colleagues about my symptoms and referred me for a scan to ensure I was ok. Thankfully after a hysteroscopy and a biopsy, everything is fine and I feel so reassured. She helped me through the journey and kept trying different approaches until we found the right one and took the approach of “better to be safe” and refer me for a scan. Thanks so much and it makes a huge difference when you are going through the peri-menopause/menopause and someone is helping you. My nurse would see me face and face and check my vitals which makes a huge difference and she would ring me back quickly when I needed to update her. This is brilliant service!

I have only partial hearing one ear only and lip read. I visited Stourport Health Centre today for an annual review. The nurse I saw was the kindest and most sensitive to my hearing loss that I could have wished for. She was able to communicate with me in a way which I could understand and write down exactly what I needed to know, thus preserving my dignity.

My husband became ill before Christmas. He was seen immediately by the duty doctor and started medication. In the following week he developed a further problem which resulted in hospital care. The doctors were so efficient organising this and since then have been very caring and attentive in their follow up. I would always recommend Stourport Medical Centre. The staff are always helpful.

I have attended Stourport medical centre on many occasions and have always found it a good experience. The practice has recently moved to new premises with excellent parking facilities and well organised patient facilities. It is a pleasure to attend an appointment there.

I called this afternoon ( 15.11.22 ) and I was dealt with swiftly and courteously , from the receptionist to the prescription team and the duty doctor. Can not fault the entire team and I'm hugely greatful to you all. Many thanks !

Whenever I call the Surgery I'm always treated with respect, patience, help and politeness. It has very recently came to my attention, that the Surgery has been receiving some sort of abuse from some clearly ignorant, uneducated lowlife's. I have been a patient of York House Surgery for over 17yrs and I feel proud to call our new merged medical centre a privilege to be part of.

The nurse I saw today was lovely and very polite I had to have my B12 injection and normally they really hurt but she done it slowly and I never hardly felt it best one I've ever had lol.. I've never had any issues with the practice if I've needed an appointment that day I've always got in the same day all the staff are very nice and professional it's a great doctor's

The doctor I spoke to yesterday was lovely, kind and helpful. Another doctor I spoke to earlier put me on speaker phone which I thought was rude. The new facilities are great. The new website is also good especially being able to leave a message for a doctor if you are unwell. I have just used it and the response was really quick. I have never been let down by them over many years.
