    A huge thank you to Drs treating my father and the receptionist in being so thorough with my father and sorting his hospital treatment. It’s stressful when you’ve an elderly parent serious ill but your support, kindness and professionalism has been of huge comfort. Thank you so much

    Great service from Stephenson Park Surgery (when I could finally speak to someone at the third time of trying!) who offered me a weekend appointment - brilliant for full time workers. The nurse on duty today 14 January at the Oxford Centre was wonderful, professional but caring and checked I was happy with the process every step of the way. Absolutely excellent and her service today summed up everything that is amazing about the NHS.

    Flu jab clinic. Impressive that it was on a Saturday. Very efficient. Staff friendly and approachable. I was in and out in about 3 minutes including queueing and putting jacket back on.

    I attended Forest Hall Clinic for my flu vaccine, I was impressed as it did not take long for the whole process and I was looked after by friendly and professional staff.

    Recent visit I was late for appointment, wrong time in my diary. My fault. Receptionist dealt with situation with politeness and understanding and offered me a new appointment. Much appreciated. Thanks.

    Easy to book flu jab as that came from a text prompt and link to book a mass vaccination. This was handled really well on the day Almost impossible for anything else to be booked. You can never get through on the phone and arranging an appointment is like pulling hen's teeth. When the doctors is contacted it is because there is a concern and the experience should be reassuring and geared towards putting the patient at ease. Come on Forest Hall. Get your act together

    At my recent visit, as always, the care received was thorough, timely, appropriate and supportive. I am so very grateful for how well the GP practice is run and how helpful, professional and friendly everyone is. Thank you to all staff!

    I wanted test results it took 30 min to get through, I had an appointment then it was moved I tried to get through but no chance, still waiting for a telephone call back delayed due to staff sickness ,this surgery has went downhill I don't know how bad it can get ,it used to be a great practice

    Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately I feel the NHS is under so much pressure now I can't offer huge reassurance sudden changes will make big differences. Unfortunately in the last 18 months the number of telephone calls to the surgery has DOUBLED (with patient numbers being static). On some days there is a call into the surgery every 20 seconds. Funding hasn't increased significantly and with other costs such as rent and heating and electric costs being taken into account funding for this year is lower than before. Despite this we have offered more appointments than every before and more phone lines than ever before. Unfortunately non of this is enough to cope with the statistic that in the last 12 months our populations consulted on average 1.8 more times than they did pre covid. That may not seem a lot on an individual level but for our practice that patients wanting over 36,000 more contacts in the year. Unfortunately nationally available appointment data isn't largely accurate as many appointments are missed off but we have more appointments now than ever before but it just cannot keep up with spiralling demand. In September 2022 General Practice in England provided almost 30 million appointments - thats half the population of the country seeing with the vast majority of these being face to face. In our practice over 75% of the registered patients had an interaction with the practice! We are looking to move to a much more significant digital offer by 2023 to enable more patients to get what's needed more efficiently for both the NHS and the patients. Currently though all patients can access their medical records by signing up online and this would include test results.
