    Dr called me for telephone consultation- listened to what I had to say and the response provided was so clear, helpful and informative, with concise directions given for going forward. Really appreciated.

    Spoke with the practice pharmacist who was most polite and explained very clearly the reason why I am to start taking medication and what the medication will actually do, overall very pleased with the conversation I had with the gentleman.

    I arrived for a 7am appt and was told I had the wrong day my appt was booked for next week. There had been a clear error by the team in booking me into the wrong date. But the team were very helpful and the nurse I was due to see said she would fit me in to her schedule, which I’m sure would have been very busy. There was no fuss, just quietly and professionally the nurse and the receptionist put it right and fit me in. I didn’t even ask for this, they just offered. I’m a professional busy working woman myself, so I understand sometimes they’re maybe an error, but how it is acknowledged and rectified makes all the difference. Thank you to the early morning receptionist and especially the nurse, I really appreciated you resolving this. Thank you

    Since the back office merger, many things have become far better. Most notably the ability to write why I am requesting a repeat prescription (e.g. when I had to request a replacement for lost medication). I have also found the texts from the surgery very useful, as it allows them to easily update me on the process of prescriptions and any changes or issues, and I have had wonderful experiences on the phone with short wait times, and quick, responsive staff who are aware of what's needed, and are constructive, supportive, and friendly. I'm very very impressed by these changes and think the surgery is wonderful.

    Having to ring at 8am to get a phone call is not always possible. Spoke to receptionist today and said I had 2 things to talk to the doctor about. He called and we discussed the first thing, which he’s calling me back about he said I would need to make another appointment if I wanted to discuss anything else. The two issues could possibly be linked. I asked if there was a doctor at the surgery who would be able to help more with the menopause he told me he didn’t know and to call the surgery to ask. I am really struggling with the menopause and they are not helping. I had a referral to the menopause clinic, the letter was dated 2:9:22 and the appointment was 5:9:22 - I went on holiday for a week on Friday 2:9:22 and because I didn’t show for my appointment I had to get referred again

    I had a telephone consultation two days after giving birth to my first baby. I was phoned by the GP the same morning as I booked the appointment. The GP I spoke to was compassionate and helpful. The GP listened to my concerns, explained the recommended treatment in detail and answered my questions clearly. Would recommend.

  7. Review titled No Response to eConsult

    This has been my surgery for years. On Friday I used the eConsult feature to get some advice on a long-standing issue. I was told someone would get back to me via phone/text/email before 6.30pm the following Monday. To date I have had no response. I purposefully did the eConsult to help alleviate pressure on the surgery, so to simply get no response is an oversight at best, and dangerously incompetent at worst. I would not recommend this practice—it does not seem to care about its patients.

    I have loved being at this surgery since a child. However, not being able to pre book an appointment with a GP and referring people to the out of hours number is a disgrace. I have a long standing medical condition and need to book a medication review with a GP. I cannot book an appointment on the day as this mean I can’t guarantee one and can’t plan work around it. I am disabled and need help too and from the car, so I can’t just book on the day as I have to ask for help from someone. I cannot express enough how disappointed in the practice I am.
