    I have seen a health care assistant today regarding my yearly diabetic review. The staff introduced herself to me and her approach was very good and welcoming.

    The doctor could have been more helpful it wouldn’t take a minute of here time to help me, instead she told me to go to reception, when I went to reception they were going to lunch so nobody helped with my quick query.

    Very professional nurse,I call in the time,and very nice recepționer , some time some of the staff has to by more professional and tray to explain to the patient that like GP you has to care of your patients.

    For a while I have not had the support of a good GP when my original GP went on maternity leave. I struggled to get an appointment, and see someone face to face to get reassurance. The GP I saw on the 1st August was a welcomed comfort. She took the time listen and explain things to me, which has been missed. Thank Dr!

    I received a pneumonia immunisation. The nurse who administered it to me barely said a word to me the whole appointment and gave me no notice before inserting the needle into my arm. Furthermore, she didn’t use an antiseptic wipe or anything to sterilise the injection site before inserting the needle, which is an infection risk.

    Got to see a doctor the same day I telephoned. I missed the telephone call,I was sent a text telling me to call the surgery. I was number 2 in the queue the receptionist was very helpful and made me an appointment for that afternoon. I was very impressed with the service I received today.
