    It's really hard to get appointment before but now you can easily approach to surgery if it is really urgent. Just one thing you try to do make an appointment early in the morning

    Have not attended for a few years. Have been seeing the same doctor this time for a month now. But this last appointment was with a different doctor who gave me a second opinion. So I am happy as he gave me a different course of medicine.

    Waiting 15 min for check in. And then 30 min more delay. They are very busy and didn't resolve the costumers problem. The staff can not answer my question.

    When I call the practice I have no issues, the receptionists are nice and helpful but the older woman that is in person at the reception is very dismissive and looks like she can’t be bothered to help you. I got a letter to have a new glucose testing machine and when I got there she said” we don’t have it yet you need to come back” without even checking and then during my appointment with the nurse she said they did have it. I had n admin question and she just handed me a piece of paper with some tariffs for the services provided by admin but didn’t specify how much I would have to pay and which was the correct form to fill. I have mobility issues and it’s not easy for me to get to the doctor but when I’m there I’m just dismissed with no help by that recwpionist and I need to be assertive just to get the minimum info. The lady is older with glasses, she was working on the second of September 2024 in the morning.

    I was attended to promptly without delay and with great expertise. The Doctor was meticulous in querying my health concerns and gave advice on what to do while recommending blood test for proper diagnosis.

    Had an appointment today. Was called by the doctor as it was my turn. Just in the middle of the consultation, the receptionist barge in and told the doctor that he has missed one person before me. They were arguing in front of me and being the patient, you feel like you were not welcomed. Also, as someone who worked in the NHS itself, its just unprofessional to argue in from of a patient. Due to this, I felt that the doctor has cut short my appointment time and I am not happy with the result of it. I asked the doctor further about my chief complaint or the reason for the check up and he dismiss me saying just to come back if the symptoms persist.

    At my appointment my doctor that examined needs to improve his communication and feedback skills, he came across as inexperienced. He had a problem with his internet connection. He could have kept me informed about his examination of my chest. He kept saying hold on, hold on. I not even aware of his name as he never introduced himself. People skills could be a lot better.

    Very hard get appointment online. Don’t give appointments at reception. If have appointment long wait and doctors didn’t care probably. Need good doctor like before. On time appointment.
