I managed to get an on the day appointment and there was nothing that could have been done better for me. Something that exceeded my expectations was that the doctor was very interested in what I have had to say.

My appointment was with the practice nurse. She was reassuring and made me feel at ease. She listened to my worries and did her best to alleviate them for the procedure (it was cervical screening).

Every member of staff I dealt with was so helpful and caring. They smiled and listened, trying their hardest to help. I really felt like they cared. The only thing I struggle with and wish could have been done better, was the availability of blood test

The reception staff have been hugely supportive in trying to fit me in for an appointment when there were none available. The nurses I saw showed empathy and care and both Doctors I saw were helpful and knowledgeable. My prescription was directed straight to the local chemist and the care I received throughout has been very good.

Treated like a sensible adult during the appointment, and not like I was wasting anyone's time. Small wait for my appointment but nothing too inconvenient.

Was able to speak to the doctor and sort a plan for my health, making me feel extremely satisfied as you continue to go above and beyond. There is nothing that you could do better

The doctor listened to me and then discussed all of the options with me. They were very understanding and I felt as though they were able to offer a solution that would work best for me. The reception staff and the doctors were extremely friendly and helped me to find the right appointment

Appointment was on time, and the doctor was very friendly. The doctor was very good with our toddler and gave us great advice. No complaints from us

Prompt appointment and nice doctor. Everything was good this time round. Doctor was very pleasant and detailed unlike another doctor at the practise who on both occasions that I have seen him called me a medical mystery and was dismissive which does not instil me with a lot of confidence.
