The reception staff were really helpful for me on my visit to Southam Surgery and aided me in getting to where I needed and booking my appointment.

The doctor was so lovely and understanding, nothing could have been done better. My appointment ran on time and the doctor was so kind and understanding. They listened to everything that I had to say and made me feel so at ease with any worries or concerns that I was having

Dr was lovely, despite running late ( it a criticism, it can't be helped) I didn't feel rushed. I felt I still had the time needed to deal with my problem. I didn't deal with the reception staff on this visit but I've always found them friendly and helpful.

I was worried and nervous before the appointment. The doctor put me at my ease and helped me to not worry and relax.

The efficiency of the nurse was excellent, and the help for the diagnosis from the doctor alongside this. The appointment time was kept to. The doctor was very kind and helpful. In general the atmosphere was pleasant and there is nothing that could have been done better

Did the right test as recommended by GP and results were explained in details. There is nothing that could have been done better, very good already.
