I saw the PN who was very thorough. She gave me good advice and was pleasant and professional throughout my appointment.

Follow-up appointment with nurse regarding hearing problems. Satisfactory outcome and advice received regarding hospital referral. Good service provided.

Was able to get appointment if the day for my son. Dr checked him and was quick. Didn't have to wait too long to be seen

Always support me when I need it . My gp tried best to diagnose my issues and treatment. Listening to my needs. Always good practice and good understanding of the situation. Never let me down and very good reception staff too. Staff never been rude to me.

The staff on reception are very good and helpful,the nurses are very patient with you and can't do enough to help and the doctor always listens to what you have to say and always help I can't fault anybody.

On the day I was there the staff were all exceptionally busy but as always I was treated with the upmost care and patience. Nurse Phillis and the reception staff dealt with me in their usual efficient and pleasant manner. I have total confidence in them.

The service provided by the nurse, is at a high professional level. Very caring. Some of the reception staff are very helpfully whlist others can't even be bothered to get off their chair.

I am treated with the utmost care no matter how busy they are and always with a smile. The reception staff are to be congratulated on their efficiency and helpful manner. Often not easy to get an appointment but all practices seem to be the same.
