It was okay, GP could've tried to be more attentive and seem like they're listening. They could've tried to give me treatment options etc.

I was informed via text and on patient access app that the GP would ring me at 09.50, he rang at 09.34 hence I missed the call. GP sent text informing me that I need repeat urine and blood test. Rang surgery straight back to be informed that due to me having missed the call the GP could not ring me back stating that whoever had sent me the time should have given me a timeframe not an exact time. Appointment then made for repeat blood test.

I was booked for an appointment on 24th of April and was really impressed with the attitude of the staff that attended to me. She was quite welcoming, friendly and meticulous with her work. No time wasting , No offensive words, and she was quite thorough in assessing me. I really appreciate her effort. Have forgotten her name. The reception crew are wonderful too. I recommend the centre for anyone that wants to use it.

I d like the visit from yesterday, the nurse was very friendly and professional , he ask me about my health, he send me to make the blood taste at Manor hospital because my veins were hidden, so im happy for all the practice

Friendly staff and calming environment. Als0 promptly attended to despite the very busy schedules. The place is neat with relevant info display around.

Very receptive and welcoming. The nurses and staff deliver very exceptional services. I am glad I chose Saddlers Health Center.

Cannot fault this Surgery. They are always quick to answer the telephone when making an appointment, very short wait when arriving at the surgery and always treated with respect by all the staff. Couldn’t ask for more.

All staff , receptionist , nurse , doctors ver friendly and considerate and knowledgeable. Practice moving this year. Sad news but will still use them in new premises. .

Always happy with professional advice and the empathic help and support at Saddlers Health Centre. All the staff and health professionals at the practice are kind and understanding.
