My wife and I had our New Patient appointments on August 1st 2023. Even before we had our appointment the service we received in booking our appointments and the welcome we received was absolutely brilliant. The level of customer care was refreshing and both my wife and I were happy with the welcome and care the reception team showed us. Brilliant experience and brilliant staff.

Only been with practice for a month been seen right away .. friendly professional staff always willing to help for appointments any quierys and prompt with appointments or information

The staff are very helpful and nice, they answer the phone without delay and answer our query’s . The new centre is also convenient to visit.

Lovely GP practice, friendly and helpful, all staff show great empathy and understanding. I would recommend the practice to anyone looking for a family doctor

Two consultations/reviews had been arranged for my mother via text messages, with the newly assigned paramedic, to the surgery. The dates and times booked according to their availability. On both occasions I had to ensure I was with my mother, to undertake the consultations/reviews. Unfortunately I did not receive a call on either occasion, which is frustrating to say the least. My mother is housebound and both reviews (her annual health review and frailty review), are very important in terms of her ongoing health issues at the moment and more so because she is unable to attend the surgery to be seen by a health practitioner. Going forward it would be most helpful and considerate for any future arranged consultations/reviews to be followed through and undertaken with the patient.
