Seen nurse in new practice nchd went over an above with my treatment and last week was the same medal awarded.

Received no help at all with long COVID. Said me to ask long COVID clinic. long COVID clinic said to ask your GP. 10 mins telephone consultation finished with in 1-2 mins. When you ring for appointments they always don't have.

Friendly and approachable doctor. Ready to listen and take the appropriate action.Takes time to get all the facts to make a decision on the diagnosis and appropriate treatment or referral.

Practice nurse goes above and beyond what is expected,always very pleasant and reassuring,lots of information pamphlets available

The nurse at the practice couldn't fault the staff on the desk Very helpful all in all very good never had any trouble with this practice.

I visited the GP surgery this month and I was well treated by both the reception team and the doctor. The doctor especially, was welcoming, gave a listening ear to my complain and provided a suitable advice and teachings on my health condition. The delivery of service was fast and without unnecessary delays. I really commend their attitude to work.

Helpful staff and caring doctors that see us. Always able to get an appointment easily. The nurse and midwife are also very good

Arrived 10 minutes before appointment, surgery was half full appointments running a little late but to be expected really, but when I had my appointment the doctour was informative and very careing and helpful.
