    This practice is a total wast of time You can't get an appointments, they book phone calls and then cancel them on the day they are due, it takes them 3 weeks to review notes only to tell you that they want to see you and you need to make an appointment that can be 3 months away you could be dead in the meantime This surgery does not care about there patients only the money they get for there patients If you have the opportunity to register somewhere else do it as the service could not be any worse

    My husband needed to see someone about a very painful toe, the receptionist booked him in with the nurse the same day. She was unable to help and notified the podiatry clinic that he needed an appointment. They rang the same day and booked him in the following day with a very satisfactory outcome I was amazed and grateful for the quick and efficient service we received- thank you

    Tuffley pharmacy put in a prescription request for my husband and myself on 4th Jan. We went to pick these up on 11th. The repeat prescriptions had not been sent through. I am now out of two of my prescription drugs for high blood pressure. Over the past few years the practice has expanded but the service diminished.

    I have had repeated issues with this GP practice being poor with both making appointments and passing on information and would recommend anyone considering this practice to look elsewhere. I had a blood test last year and have been trying to get details of the results but have been unable to get in touch with anyone about either gaining direct access to the results or to speak with someone about obtaining the details. I phoned their reception during nominal opening hours on Friday and their lines were closed. This is not the first time I have had issues with making an appointment or getting in touch with reception.

    Appalling, will be leaving them as soon as my next referral is sent off. Dr offered a blood test to deal with symptoms of neurological issues, ended up in hospital a and e and sent for ct scan two weeks later when I started to loose my sight. Just very poor Dr's and organisation around prioritising bookings. I work in NHS myself and would advise if you have serious chronic conditions this is not the best place to be getting ongoing care and particularly continuity of care is particularly bad.

    I visited severnvale surgery for the first time today and I was impressed with the reception staff, so friendly and kind. Really impressed by their work ethic and how they were handling patients. The lady with the blonde hair was exceptionally good whilst dealing with dr sickness and managing the queues

    I did an econsult to request an appointment with the nurse for a Pneumoccocal vaccination. I was told to ring the surgery. Rang the surgery and a message states if not urgent ring back next week. Very disappointed with the service. I am concerned if I ring back next week will get the same message. Surely I can book an appointment even if it is weeks away? Not only can I not get an appointment , I cannot even speak to a receptionist now to ask for one.......

At Rosebank Health we strive to provide an excellent service to our patients and would not revert to urgent appointment booking unless absolutely necessary.
