my mum is elderly and vulnerable i always bring my mum to have her bloods taken and the nurse that takes blood is so sweet and caring and patient with my mum thank you

Doctors has failed to go back to normal since COVID. Whenever you call there’s a message stating a doctor is sick. Impossible to get hold of them on the phone lines (I’ve been sat in position 1 for 50mins this morning) you have to be pushy about having a face to face appointment. Most ridiculous practice in the area!

I am so happy with the service I receive they always do my prescription on time and I can always collect from the chemist or in surgery its great having options.

Doctors here have always taken the time to understand what's going on with me and have been knowledgable and honest in their approach. I don't feel rushed, I feel looked after. Great GP

They were able to register me quickly and was able to be seen by a doctor very quickly. No problems with my repeat prescriptions and staff are very lovely and kind

My usual doctor is so helpful and is so supportive and listens to my concerns and helps to get them sorted out alongside very helpful lovely bunch of girls at reception. Thank you.

The staff was very helpful and patient while helping me. The communication was very clear and there was no confusion at all. They helped sort out everything I needed very quickly with no problems
