    Having had an infected insect bite the GP was immediate and effective in diagnosis and treatment. When the treatment didn't seem to work I was seen immediately and put on a stronger dose. They were professional, considerate and polite throughout. I only have positive and good things to say about how I was treated.

    I always manage to see a GP fast thanks to their triage system and their Patient App. Kind and friendly doctors as well as their reception team. Feel lucky to have such a great practice when I know a lot of people struggle to see a GP.

    This is the first review of my life but I felt compelled to write after what might be close to a decade of truly amazing care and service. I have trying customers on a daily basis and pleasing all of the people all of the time is tiring... The way that the front of house cope with, and manage every walk of life is beyond incredible. The doctors have never missed a beat with me or my family and for that I am truly grateful Thank you to every single person at this practice, you are a team of amazing humans that take on other peoples lives head on. Thank you

    Last week I tried for 4 days to get a simple GP's appointment. From Monday, I spent in total more than 4 hours on the phone trying to get through to the reception (in separate occasions). On tuesday I waited for 1hr and 40minutes to speak to reception. I was told i had appointments that never transpired so i ended up taking a morning off work on Thursday to try and see a doctor. When i finally got an appointment on Thursday afternoon it was a phone call that lasted less than 5 minutes which allowed me to get the prescription i needed. Why is it so difficult? The last three visits i have made to this practice have been equally frustrating, mired by inefficient process and inadequate medical advice. There is something very wrong here.

    Sadly, the reception team are rude and dismissive. It is incredibly concerning that that reception staff who presumably have no formal medical training are making decisions around whether a patient with severe pain will be offered a same day appointment. GP are brilliant, but it is very difficult to get an issue taken seriously/ see a GP.

    If you live in hackney defo register here! Super nice doctors and reception team! I needed an appointment and I was yet to register. They was able to register me on the same day and get seen within couple of hours !

    My mum was unwell and she really needed to see a Gp, we called in the morning and was able to get a same day appointment. Her gp was really polite and kind. The reception were super friendly ! Amazing Team

    I called the surgery this morning and spoke to an operator asking a possible call back from my GP to find out results about my X rays. Much to my disappointment she replied to me in one line “the on the day appointments are booked now so you can call back tomorrow morning at 8:30 bye”. She then put the phone down on me without allowing me to add a single word let alone explain my current health and state of emergency. I found her extremely rude and very disrespectful. I am extremely disappointed and will sort to register an official complain about this rude operator to my GP and to the appropriate authorities.

    Great practice with helpful staff and great doctors. My whole family have been with the practice for many years and we are very happy with the service we receive.

    I recieved a text message to book an appointment with the Dr and to call as close to 8:30 as possible. I tried calling then but there were 30 people in front of me in the queue and I had to got to work. I tried again at 9:00am and the situation was the same. Throughout the day I called numerous times and there was always a long queue. At 16:30 I found time to wait (I was number 9). I was om hold for 30 minutes. When I did finally speak to somebody they were extremely unhelpful and told me I needed to book an online consultation. I asked her to talk me through how to do this because I have had problems with it previously but she was reluctant to and said: this is why there is a long queue. Her attitude was disgusting and rude, particularly given how long I had waited and given the fact that I had been trying all day. This service and staff training need to be reviewed.
