The doctor tried to prescribe me something I'm allergic to, and only looked at my notes when I pointed it out and then seemed to get annoyed by it, saying "what do you expect me to do then?"

Having filled out an econsult form online about my child I was sent a message saying I would hear within 21-28 days. After 30 days I sent another econsult form in only to receive a reply saying they had my first one and would book a consultation as soon as possible. 5 weeks to the day and I’m still waiting. If you telephone the reception staff are helpful but their hands are tied as all they can do is fill in the same form yet again! Absolutely appalling service.

I have been a patient with Priory Medical Group, Cornlands, York for 13 years and I can honestly say that I have never seen the same doctor twice. I have a few medical issues such as diabetes. Last year I nearly went blind before I cataract operation in both eyes, diabetes a bit out of control. Recently I have asked for HRT patches and was prescribed it once. This seemed to helped but unfortunately this was taken off my repeat prescription. Menopause is draining and the general feeling of exhaustion and unwell is continuing. I have asked repeatedly in my repeat prescription to issued this but alas this is ignored. Recently I have develop dizziness, diarrhoea and nausea. I have filled in the online form and was informed via text that I will receive a call by a clinician in 4 to 5 weeks. This does not sound like a caring GP service. I feel that my concerns about my health is ignored. Very let down by this practice.
