My wife and i arrived at 8;20am 14/10/24 and was 7 in the queue outside. We got to speak to the receptionist at 9am. The receptionist was obviously new to the practice and was being mentored by a colleague. My and i where extremely frustrated at the questioning as we needed to see a GP due to several ongoing health issues with my wife. The result of our wait was a GP would ring sometime this afternoon!!!! I have been a resident in Penketh for 50 years and have witnessed the decline of our health centre, especially in the last decade. I am not a whingeing individual but watching our local health services decline made me register my complaints.. I would suggest having 2 people at busy times on reception who are fully trained would help. Health services are vital, especially as Penketh and Sankey have many older residents and the population expanding constantly. Yours David Illidge

Would like thank for giving me the injection to relieve the pain in my shoulder glad to see no pain now thank you very much also for taking the time to listen to me it was much appreciated

thank you so much for the cortisone injection I had 4 weeks ago to treat my thumb. I am happy to report that it is much improved and I now have more use in it and only have pain occasionally rather than all the time. By the way the cruise was great but crossing the Bay of Biscay was an experience especially as we had the kickback from the hurricanes they were having in Florida at the time. One again many thanks. I think you are amazing xx

Really good to see the Nurse today for our travel jabs for both myself and my wife. Would also like to thank the helpfulness of the 2 reception staff I have recently seen. Both very accommodating. Thank you

I would like to thank you for the help and advice you gave me on the day of having my cortisone injection. It’s really helping with my sleeping, still have pain but at least now when resting its pain free. I’ve booked for appointments to see a physio consultant soon and will continue to keep looking for a way to help resolve my shoulder pain. Once again thanks for your help
