I have just been for my Covid and flu immunisations. I was invited by text message a few weeks ago, and the system for making an online appointment worked very well. When I attended this morning I saw exemplary teamwork, great communication, and professionalism. Myself, and other patients moved smoothly through , receiving our immunisations with minimal delay. Thank you, and congratulations to all at Observatory Medical Centre for maintaining such a high standard of care despite years of extreme challenges to the National Health Service.

I did not have to wait long for an appointment. The doctor understood my problem and administered the appropriate treatment. My pain has improved.

Had a hip pain and visited the GP. The doctor performed a thorough checking with clear explanation and advice which eased my worries. Felt very much relieved after the consultation. They really care the patients.

This care and attentiveness of the medical staff at this practice is excellent. On my last visit the GP was extremley caring, friendly and attentive, she discussed the care plan thoroughly and was very helpful in answering any questions that I had. The professionalism, knowledge and care that was shown was very much appreciated.

The receptionist was so rude. She assumed I called to chase up about a prescription. She didn't even wait for me to tell her that I wanted to check my nominated pharmacy.

After waking up yesterday morning with an unbearable increase in new symptoms in my right arm, I telephoned NHS 111. Within 45 minutes of the surgery opening, I received a callback from the Duty Doctor with a likely diagnosis, advice and treatment plan. I was then booked in to see the Medical Student in the afternoon to double check that nothing was being missed. I spent 40 minutes with her taking my medical history and having all the necessary examinations. I was then seen by the GP Supervisor who confirmed the original diagnosis, advice and treatment plan. I'm incredibly grateful for the very swift action from the entire team, working together for the best outcome for their patient. A huge thank you to the lovely lady working on the Reception desk yesterday afternoon. She very kindly found out how late the Medical Student was running for me because I still had not been seen within 30 minutes of my appointment time. She was very understanding of my concern and found out the information very quickly. Thank you wonderful team!

Thank you so much for responding to my request for advice on whether to go to A and E today. I was really anxious because either a long journey or a long wait can be off putting. The receptionist very kindly offered to ask a nurse to look at my injury. The nurse who examined my swollen thumb was so kind, and her advice has worked really well. My thumb is much better already. Thank you so much!

I had a specific request and the receptionist was helpful in facilitating me. The doctor then prescribed the correct medicine, putting my mind at rest re the issue I had come to the practice to have checked out.
