There is a healing angel to be found in Oak Tree’s Asthma Clinic. This person is the personification of all that is great about the NHS. She is most attentive and listens carefully. Her diagnosis is highly professional and easily understandable. She is a woman who instills utmost confidence. Thank you, healing angel.

I normally see the same (a.s) doctor, who is 'the good doctor', as my doc is always in tune of my needs regards to my well being, health condition & issues. My doc, understands my sufferings & has a very high degree of empathy, whether it is my repeat prescription/s, health issues and/or none health issues e.g., admin concerns of mine, such as request for report etc, for which my doc takes a pragmatic approach at best of times, with logical thinking within reason/s; with conclusive clinical resolution/s.

Although we all know the importance of smear test, I've had smear test done here before, and the practice nurse was great very comforting, made me feel relax and explain everything and asked question and answered any question. However this time it was different practice nurse and its most concerning for me as she never asked me question and went straight into do my smear. This for me has raised alarm bells becuase it's not the 1st this practicenurse hasn't explained anything even with my children vaccine she never thought it was necessary to ask question, or explain side effect I've never had problem with reception team or GP or the other team member; always understanding and listen to my concerns, it's just with this particular practice nurse. Because she is not following basic nursing standards and someone from practice needs to look into it.

The Doctor was extremely professional, caring, understanding and listened to my concerns. He took time to help me with my health issues. Completely satisfied with Doctor and the support staff.

B12 injection was carried out professionally and on time. The only issue with this practice is that some of the admin staff need a course in customer service.

Practice has gotten much better now as we are able to get through to the phone, doctors call back when we have a telephone appointment and also much easier to get an appointment.

Impressed with doctors’ range of referrals - for series of blood tests, x-rays, MRI and ultrasound scans. It is reassuring to know that all possible medical problems are being investigated, leading to a sound diagnosis and potential treatment. I have every confidence in a thoroughly professional team. If patient satisfaction is a language, the deputy manager has mastered it. Always cheerful and never fails to step up. Whenever myself or our family face an issue I ask to speak with the practise manager and only on this particular occasion did I come to know the person I speak to is in actual fact the deputy manager the one who has always come to the rescue. Thank you for continuously taking ownership. You are a true asset to the practise.

It’s impossible to get hold of anyone. Spent 1 hour waiting on 3 occasions (so 3 hours in total) only to be cut off and not even get through. From previous experience the receptionists are rude and miserable. Some serious management overhaul needs to happen. They don’t even respond to e consults despite encouraging the use. Absolutely shambles of a place, it never used to be as despicable as it is now.
