I had to visit the practice and I was called in prompt on time. The doctor was really interested in me and listened to my concern. This is a really good surgery. My profuse thanks to the doctors and the receptionist . Kind regards.

I became ill with chest infection and attended yesterday Friday 26th July. Doctor was welcoming and thorough. She did all the necessary checks efficiently and was very reassuring. This has always been my experience with is practice . Sometimes I struggle to get through to reception but yesterday I had no problem and was not waiting long before I spoke to staff. Practice is pro-Active in offering very age related vaccinations.

I have had several visits to the GP over the last few months for ongoing symptoms. The doctors are really attentive and also follow up in-between appointments to check on you and deliver ongoing care/ advice. At my last appointment, I was also seen by one of the nurses who was fantastic. It can sometimes be difficult to get appointments but using the app has made things a lot easier and efficient, especially when it comes to getting test results and communicating with the practice outside of appointments. Service has really improved and I would highly recommend.

The Gp listened to my concerns and was helpful in offering advice about my health concerns. Compared to other practices, I found the Gp surgery are thorough in their approach to patient’s needs.

My last experience was so good.,the nurse called me she's so professional, she arranged my blood test and an appointment with My GP within 48 hours, I m so greatful for your service. Receptionist so helpful and I also to take this opportunity to thank my GP for his care and attention. I was very happy to get my appointment straight away. The doctor called me in a short time. The service improved in a past few months. I was planning to change my GP, but i think I will stay.

I have in recent times been diagnosed with some serious medical conditions. The doctors have been patient and understanding. It has been a tough few years and to just know I can go to a safe place where the doctors don’t judge. Very impressed with the appointment yesterday. The doctor was able to calm me and their advise was comforting
