  3. Review titled Terrible service provided

Rated 1 star out of 5

The doctors only follow very very basic procedures no matter the symptoms or conditions, unless you’re dying or you have a type of disease that they can start testing new medicines or new procedures on you they do not care at all. A society needs healthy , mentally and physically community to built a great empire with not providing enough medical care and just keeping people alive you would have a sick and terrible community which would climb on eachother to success . I have went to the gp with a lot of symptoms and moles appearing on my face and having a fit a few days before my arrival and having a virus in my body and a lot more symptoms that have made my life miserable, I am engineer that works in you’re biggest airport in London . all she has recommended me is to rest and go back if my body is getting worst which it has been everyday in the past 2 month . I have no words to say they do not study the patient before arrival or when there properly and they do not want to give any tests or medications unless it’s repeat prescription. Horrible horrible service.

Booked the appointment online during the Bank Holiday. Went for my appointment and the doctor was very professional. Didn't feel rushed but took time to listen to me and attended to my needs.

We have used this practice for many years generally no problems. I had a face to face appointment and the Dr understood the urgency and I got a call the next morning to tell me how they will proceed. So hopefully a good outcome.

I’m very happy with my gp practice and my doctor. I went for an appointment to address a specific issue, I was referred to a specialist service straight away, I felt listened to and reassured. After being referred, I was given an appointment date within 1 week which gave me ease as I didn’t have to wait long. Very happy with this gp and my doctor.
