Helpful Doctor's, they listen to my problems and treat accordingly. I read that Shingles injection are given at the age of 65 therefore booked an appt. for 13/8/24 but when the Nurse keyed in our details it said I am not entitled to it until the age of 70 which I was disappointed because I have many ailments and I thought I would have been entitled to it.

I need a specific bloodtest done, which you can do only on certain days. I got in as the hospital failed to give me appointment few months in a row. I was so happy I could get it done and the nurse couldn’t take my blood. She kept inserting the needle and kept missing my vein, she went into the muscle multiple times and moved the needle in and out trying to find the vein. I had experience with this nurse before, for my cervical screen, and that wasn’t successful either. That time I was bleeding, and they called me back to try again in three months. Now I couldn’t get my blood test done, I need to wait again for a few weeks. The practice is good, the doctors are really nice but now I am a bit disappointed and scared to meet that nurse again. I was told my blood is too thick for the bloodtest, however she managed to get the bottle filled a bit at some point. Hopefully next time will be luckier.

The nurse we saw at Traval clinics was very helpful and provided me with all the information that was required.she even out of her way and found extra information and got back to me well pleased with her approach and performance excellent service keep it up

The GP was very supportive on the phone she took all my details and was able to assess that I need face to face through it was late she left a note for the next day Doctor on duty to contact me with face to face appointment, which I attended and the Doctor review and examine me and gave me some course of medicine and suggested I should ring the practice for follow up review.

Requested a test after routine check-up done in 4 days. Good consultation as a result-good service from GP and practice nurse on both occasions. Didn't have to wait long in surgery.
