I am elderly and find working through the on line system very difficult at times! It is assumed we can all find our way through coping on line but I and other similar age friends also find this very frustrating! Especially when Ill and vulnerable! Being able to get a doctor appointment is frustrating as well! It always seem so hard to Get a one to one appointment as the telephone lines and GPS are always so busy And time limiting! Recently the receptionists have been much more patient and helpful when you phone them and praise their efforts to be as helpful as possible. I have a lot of health issues of concern and would welcome a full assessment occasionally to help me better cope with my needs! I often feel it’s a case of sort it out yourself and get on with it! I have no one living near me to help give correct advice.

Dr made me feel comfortable and listened to what i had to say. Appeared very knowledgeable about my problem and prompted me to explain more in depth. She was patient and empathic.

I really felt that we were not heard regarding my mum‘s issues, and because of this, my mum suffered unnecessarily, his phone and ankles have been a real problem, and the practice has not really been helpful in disrespect at all

I rang this morning. Number 1 in queue. I waited 45 minutes going from music to ringing and back to music. I didn't get through How do you contact this surgery and why aren't phones answered. We have had no Access to Doctors at this surgery for the past 4 years

The practice has been very proactive after discovering I have a potential health issue and have been excellent in their communication and have acted quickly.

For the most part, everything works well here. GP waiting times can be too long, but that’s a wider NHS issues, not just here. Overall a good practice.

Upon my visit arrived a little too early surgery was empty and was seen pretty much within 10 mins doctor was professional and listen to me

Left a triage request online and was given an telephone appointment for the next day. I asked about the possibility of an appointment to get a jab for my arhrictic knee and I was fitted in. Very pleased.
