I work stupid hours with my job and am on my feet most of the day went in for a knee issue that I’m having where it will swell and feel like it’s about to give way the female doctor said it could be anything and then said physio can deal with it I’m going to see if I can see a different doctor as it’s now affecting me doing my job

Had an appointment today with the pharmacist to discuss my high blood pressure! He was a very kind, polite man and had my best interest at heart, he prescribed an additional medication, talked me through it step by step and gave me instructions for my follow up.

My 93 year old mum had a blood pressure review with the pharmacist.He was extremely kind and patient with her and spoke very clearly - she hadn't put her hearing aids in .The rapore he built before he took her blood pressure was great and as a result her BP had lowered slightly. We are monitoring her blood pressure and he will keep in touch It was fantastic not to be rushed and shown the door before we'd hardly sat down. Over all an excellent experience for her .Thank you

Saw the Practice Pharmacist today. He was very clear in explaining treatment required for recently diagnosed high blood pressure and answered all my questions. He had a caring and friendly manner.

Mr lookman who I’ve been seeing in the last 6 months has been a breathe of fresh air. So reassuring and positive with me about my recent health and lifestyle change. I have received really good care from him and the doctors who have been really good! I’d like to thank them all for their work with me so far!

I have been with this practice for many years and have always found all the staff to be friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. They do their utmost to find solutions to problems often in difficult circumstances. Today I had my medication for hypertension reviewed by the pharmacist, he was thorough, helpful and knowledgeable. I left understanding that I was taking the correct medication for my hypertension and knew how to contact him should I have any further queries before my next review. An excellent service.

I was contacted by a receptionist from the surgery (13/02/2024) and an appointment was promptly made for me to see the Pharmacist, the following day in order to review my medication for hypertension. The receptionist on the day was friendly and polite and the Pharmacist, I could not fault him! He was knowledgeable, courteous and very understanding about my health dilemma and how to resolve it. I received a letter from the practice asking me to make a routine appointment. After hours trying to get through on the phone I went to the surgery in person, only to be told that they were not taking any appointments at the moment. This is a joke, why send me a letter in the first place. The service at this surgery is a disgrace.

Got an appointment to fit in with me. The receptionist was lovely and took time to arrange this explaining how to get test results back in time due to Christmas period. Had my appointment today to go through my results and to make sure nothing was missed. He was very friendly and offered advise. Thank you so much for your thorough consultation, kindness and caring approach.
