    The lady I saw was lovely very helpful and professional she felt with my requirements and explained everything to me so I knew what tablets I was taking

    A very positive experience. I was seen promptly and given advice and treatment. Very easy to arrange a follow up appointment which I did on line. The nurse I saw was thorough in her examination, friendly, kind and reassuring.

    I went to Montagu hospital to have a wisdom tooth removed. The hospital and staff are absolutely brilliant. The hospital was so clean. All the staff was amazing and helpful and the doctor who took out my tooth was incredible. The whole experience made the tooth removal alot less worse than expected. Thank you.

    The reception staff are amazing and work so hard, I called in to see if I could see a gp as I could not do it online, I explained everything to the receptionist and had a phone call from Gp the next day to go in and see them, they all work so hard and don’t get praised enough, well done and Thankyou

    Filled in a triage form online, handed in a urine sample, was sent a message to collect antibiotics from nearest pharmacy to my address and informed sample was being sent to the lab for further tests. What better service can you get. Easy form to fill in, quick service, advice and treatment. Keep up the good work.

    The Dr spoken to today was very kind, caring, understanding & above all compassionate. The telephone connection was poor & the Dr went out of their way to ensure that communication continued & resolutions were identified. Fantastic service, thank you

    Seen by a nurse, who criticized the local hospital. One out of the two tests she performed was wrong. Asked to come in again, and was told to perform second test medical procedure `myself`. Went to A and E and they raised their eyebrows at that request. They concluded that this second test was not needed. Looking on line, this second test says; "done in clinic or outpatient setting". Not sure what happened on this occasion, but because of the messing around, it literally cost me £50. We were going away on the day and because of the re-visit to the practice (due to no fault on my part) the cost went up, before I could book. This was not a good experience.

    Dr extremely helpful Whilst it took a very long time to get through on the phone the new triage form made it so much simpler to get an appointment (as long as you’re up and on in time to fill it in) Got an appointment a lot sooner than expected
