I was seen on the same day I first reported a problem with painful sciatica. I was listened to and then, immediately, was sent a self-care exercise app on my phone. I did the exercises as instructed and was cured in less than a month. I was messaged regularly in response to my reports. It made such a difference.

I always receive the best care and support from the whole team at New Queen Street Surgery. The online Doctrin App is a marvellous tool and allows the ever busy staff to assess any potential risks and manage concerns accordingly. This surgery is staffed by one of the best medical and medical support professional teams I have ever come across. Thank you all for your professionalism, expertise, compassion and excellent patient services.

Staff are helpful and friendly always willing to go the extra mile. Covid and flu clinic was timely and well organised.

Well organized, friendly and professional. Although sometimes hard to get an appointment when you want want .I feel in an emergency they are always there for you.

I received both vaccinations for covid and flu. The notifications were clear and simple to follow the instructions from the staff were helpful with questionnaires about health problems so as to avoid extra health concerns.

I have had to use the Doctrin service twice this year and on both occasions have found it to be quick and efficient. Everyone who has responded has been polite and professional and the whole system is streamlined and user friendly. On both occasions I was able to access treatment the same day and didn't feel as though I was wasting anyone's time. I am very impressed with the treatment I received. Thank you.
