I always receive the best care and support from the whole team at New Queen Street Surgery. The online Doctrin App is a marvellous tool and allows the ever busy staff to assess any potential risks and manage concerns accordingly. This surgery is staffed by one of the best medical and medical support professional teams I have ever come across. Thank you all for your professionalism, expertise, compassion and excellent patient services.

I have no worries about coming to the doctors. People I’ve known for many years work there and give good advice and support which I’ve needed throughout my life. Well run and a good solid foundation you can rely on.

Went for my vaccination, service was extremely well staffed and efficient. All staff and helpers very helpful, polite and welcoming. In and out within a few minutes.

I have been seeing the nurses regularly for the past 4 months and they have been superb. Always prompt, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. They have successfully helped me to heal, with a smile and a laugh along the way! Thank you wonderful Ladies!

Went in for a flu jab and the nurses were very kind and I was in and out within 60 seconds from entering the door, getting the jab and exiting the door. Even in a short time the staff I met left a lasting impression.

Great service, no queues, straight through for both injections. Can’t fault it. Would recommend anyone to use this surgery for their covid and/or flu injections
