Got an appointment very quickly on the day. Saw the doctor who was very pleasant and well mannered. Explained my problem, examined and reassured about it medically. Overall a satisfying outcome.

Whenever you call the queue for calls is stupid and requesting a call back just to be told all appointments are gone. Doctrine has got better in last few weeks however what was stated at the start of Doctrine is not were we are at today and should go back to what was advertised at the start of Doctrine

I was contacted by drs surgery to book a appointment for a health care check. Phoned and got a appointment for the following week. Went to appointment arriving early. Got seen before my booked time. Appointment was very good and thorough. And pleased that everything is all ok. Great piece of mind.

I went in for an appointment for phsyio on my foot. Then they noticed a bruise on my leg, to which a doc was called in to look. They took great measures to check and quickly got me seen to for a blood test. I’m glad the phsyio was on the ball and noticed my bruise. Thank you

Had a phone call from Doctor and he asked me to bring my little boy in, he was very reassuring and made me feel at ease. Everyone I have seen at this surgery is lovely.

I was contacted by the surgery the next day after completing an on line form an appointment was made for the next day to see a Physiotherapist at the surgery who was very efficient and thorough

I received a text to say I needed a blood test. An appointment was made within 30 minutes of receiving the text for 3 days later. Results received next day, prescription received at usual pharmacy the day after. A great service all round, all actioned very speedily thank you.

I seen by the emergency doctor and short notice. They were very professional, addressed my problem and made me feel comfortable during the process
