The flu jab was a lot more planned. No que and more time for you. Not being treated like sheep in lambing season.

  5. Review titled Great service if you can get in

Rated 3 stars out of 5

Saw a dr yesterday who said to monitor the situation it got worse but when I got through today all I got was a message saying there were no callbacks. I couldn’t speak to anyone to explain the dr had told me to go back I got an emergency appointment through 111 and the dr called back very quickly. They were really good and helpful but such a shame it’s so difficult to actually get the appointment

  6. Review titled Surgery needs greatly improving

Rated 3 stars out of 5

Today was the first time in a long time i have managed to call on the day and get to be triaged by a friendly member of staff. She explained the new triage process and that a GP was in the background to advise. Was offered a F2F or a trial of medication. I was so pleased to be addressed so politely. Let's hope this is the way forward for the surgery and it becomes the surgery it was many years ago

  7. Review titled Very understanding and supportive

Rated 4 stars out of 5

Attended New Queen Street Surgery today with my youngest child and was very welcomed, listened to and given clear explanation or what is happening and why/what is next. I was due to take my oldest child to Stanground Surgery later that morning for a separate issue but the doctor said that the issue could be managed there and then in the same appointment. Great service, very understanding and flexible.

Called on Wednesday for a routine appointment and offered a telephone appointment for 2 days later. Dr called Friday morning and offered me a face to face appointment for later that day. Friendly approachable doctor who dealt with my concern and felt very reassured. Excellent service.

  10. Review titled Very positive experiences

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I telephoned for a GP ring back but unfortunately all appointments were taken. On discussion of my problem the reception staff arranged an appointment with the physio for the following day. Having seen the physio my condition was quickly diagnosed, information given as to best practices regarding pain relief and ice/heat compresses as well as exercises. Follow up appointment offered if required. Very positive experience at every stage.
