    Needed to speak to duty doctor about my husband on two occasions recently. Each time seen urgently and appropriate emergency treatment given. Clinicians reassuring and professional. Triage administrators kind. I would have welcomed an urgent daytime appointment but none available. I understand why

    I recently had a very painful trigger finger which conservative approaches failed to resolve. It was extremely debilitating and got in the way of everyday living. The GP I saw referred me for in-house steroid injection treatment. This has now been given and has fully resolved the problem for the time being at least. Everyone - including both the surgeon and the lady Co ordinating bookings, has been considerate and efficient throughout. Prompt treatment made so much difference. Thanks for your exemplary service.

    This is my 2nd steroid knee injection and it really helped me alot, I'm no longer taking pain killers often. My GP was the one who recommended this treatment to me and conveniently the procedure is carried out at the practice

    The assistant and Doctor were Amazing , this was my second minor surgery of a pillar cyst removal, they made me feel very comfortable constantly checked on me. Removed the cyst perfectly, the whole procedure was pain free. The cysts were really causing me discomfort so I am grateful for this service at my gp.

    Very nervous when I attended but my doctor put me at ease with reassurance. Procedure went smoothly and I was kept informed of everything that was taking place. Very happy with care and service

    Every time you call, you are in the queue for over an hour Even when you call first thing when they open. Always only one person answering the phone. Then when you get through appointments are all gone!! Been like this for years now I’m going elsewhere You will die if you rely on this surgery for any help

    Dear Patient, We are sorry to hear about your experiences and thank you for your feedback. We have a number of Patient Care Administrators answering the phones each morning; to avoid queuing on the phone you can also use the online access (Patient Access) where you can book an appointment online without having to call up. It would be helpful if you could arrange a mutual time to speak to the Practice Manager/Deputy Practice Manager so that we can look into your concerns and make improvements where we can.
